All American

All American is all about fun, football and philanthropy! To raise money for a local women's shelter, we host our annual flag football tournament: All American. We invite all the fraternities on The Row to participate. Sisters serve as fraternity team captains and spend the day cheering their teams to victory! We'd like to congratulate the 2010 All American football champs, Sigma Chi!!! All the boys say it's the only sorority philanthropy that they really take seriously, and it's the most fun! Some houses even hold multiple practices to prepare for the intense competition! Most importantly, all the proceeds from the event support Casa de Rosas.

Alpha Chi Omega and Delta Gama Present: Quesadilla Fiesta

Sister sororities Alpha Chi Omega and Delta Gamma co-hosted a fiesta serving quesadillas in front of the Alpha Chi house as a fundraiser to raise money for Swim With Mike. Sorority Gourmet generously donated all the tasty quesadillas for the fundraiser. It was a great event open to the entire University where we bonded with one another and enjoyed eating together for a cause.

USC Songfest

2010 Beth Saul Award

In spring 2010, we joined forces with the men of Phi Gamma Delta to compete in the 56th annual USC Songfest competition. Songfest is a philanthropic event during which sororities and fraternities team up to perform in short musicals to raise money for Troy Camp, a USC-sponsored summer camp for local Los Angeles children. This year's Songfest theme was "As Seen on TV" and our performance, "Tommy on TV," told a humorous story about Trojan Vision pitching different shows for Tommy Trojan to star in. We incorporated songs such as Hannah Montana's "Nobody’s Perfect," The Beatles' "Twist and Shout," Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance," and "Walking on Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves. We won Beth Saul’s "Most Spirited" award, and our wonderful trophy now sits proudly on our grand piano in the living room! Additionally, from 2005-2008 AXΩ was the reigning four-time Songfest champion!

Fraternity Philanthropy Events

Aside from our own All American football tournament, A Chi Os can also be found at fraternity philanthropy events such as Sigma Chi Derby Days, ZBT Jungle Ball, Beta Beach and Kappa Sigma Rodeo Days, just to name a few.
